Refund Policy

General Rule

Due to the digital nature of our products, no account or service can be refunded or replaced once its credentials have been successfully delivered, except in the cases listed below.

Exceptions (Eligible for a Claim)

  • The delivered account does not match the specifications advertised at purchase (e.g., gem count or characters)
  • The account is unusable immediately upon delivery (invalid login credentials, or an account already compromised on our end)

In these cases, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery, explaining the issue via WhatsApp along with your order number.

Resolution Process

After verifying the claim, we will either replace the account with one matching the specifications, or refund the amount via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Not Covered by Refunds

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • The account being banned by the game's developer due to your own misuse in violation of the game's terms
  • Failing to report the issue within the 24-hour window
  • Not providing sufficient evidence of the problem

Always keep your order number safe — it is your only reference for any follow-up or claim, and should never be shared with anyone since it grants access to your order details.
